A clear statement indicating that the representative is authorised to engage in credit activities on behalf of the ACL holder.
Scope of Authorisation
As an authorised credit representative of Australian Credit Licence No. 389527, we are authorised to engage in the following types of credit activities under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (NCCP Act):
- Providing Credit Assistance – assisting consumers in applying for, varying, or remaining in credit contracts or consumer leases.
- Acting as an Intermediary – facilitating applications and ongoing management of credit contracts.
- Credit Assessment & Recommendation – assessing suitability and recommending appropriate credit products.
- Referring Consumers to Credit Providers – referring consumers to credit providers with whom we have agreements.
- Providing Information & Advice – offering information and general advice about credit products and features.

- Personal Loans – unsecured and secured personal loans.
- Car & Asset Finance – car loans, novated leases, chattel mortgages.
- Consumer Leases – assistance with consumer lease agreements.

Investigating Complaints
- No requirement for face-to-face contact (unless helpful).
- Both parties should attempt prompt resolution and provide relevant information.
- Unless exceptional circumstances apply, we respond within 30 days.
If we can’t resolve within 30 days, we’ll advise reasons and a revised decision date.

We are finance brokers providing credit assistance by suggesting, assisting with, or recommending credit products and variations, using a panel of financiers and insurers (consumer and commercial).

Mainly directly from you; with consent we may collect from third parties (e.g., employer, accountant, bank, referrer).
Why We Collect & How We Use/Disclose
To provide finance/insurance products requested. Information is handled under Australian privacy and credit reporting laws and retained for seven years after a finance contract ceases. We may disclose to financiers, insurers, CRBs, your employer/bank/solicitor/accountant, suppliers, and referees if we can’t contact you.
Anonymity & Pseudonyms
You may remain anonymous for general enquiries, but identification is required for applications.
Solicited & Unsolicited Information
We collect only what is reasonably necessary. Unsolicited PI that’s not required is destroyed or de-identified.
Notification
We explain purposes, disclosures, access/correction, and complaint processes when we collect PI directly or from third parties.
Direct Marketing & Opt-Out
We may market additional products/services via email, phone, social media, SMS, or mail. You can opt-out at any time; we typically stop within 30 days.
Cross-Border Disclosure
We may share information with affiliated organisations outside Australia (e.g., Germany, NZ, UK, Philippines, India, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam, USA). Overseas storage may occur; providers may be subject to foreign law disclosures.
Government Identifiers
We may collect identifiers (e.g., driver’s licence, passport) for verification. TFNs are de-identified per the TFN Rule 2015.
Accuracy & Updates
Please contact us to update your information; we aim to keep it accurate and current.
Security
We use contractual, physical and electronic safeguards (confidentiality, access controls, encryption, etc.). We notify you of eligible data breaches per the CR Code.
Access & Correction
Access is available except in limited circumstances (e.g., legal proceedings, public safety). We’ll explain if we can’t provide access. Contact us for corrections.
